I have been employed as a police officer in Bucks County for the past eight years. During my career I have attended numerous defensive tactics and martial arts classes pertaining to police work. I honestly believe that of all the training I received in the past; the time spent training at Revolution Academy is far superior.
Your method of instruction allows a student to absorb and retain techniques much easier than other types of training I have received. I would highly recommend the Revolution Academy to law enforcement and security personnel, or private citizens looking for self-defense training.

The Revolution Academy is a top-notch facility with expert
instruction. My experience at the Revolution Academy has been
educational, valuable and most of all, fun.
I have been a police officer in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for seven years. I have had extensive training and experience as a SWAT operator, a handgun retention instructor, and a defensive tactics instructor.
The training that I have received at the Revolution Academy has been the most valuable training in the area of defensive tactics that I received thus far in my career. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program is practical for law enforcement officers, and has provided me with additional confidence when I�m on patrol.
The attitude and the atmosphere provided by instructor Tony Pacenski produces a true camaraderie amongst the students. I have also quickly learned to appreciate both the fitness benefits, and the mental strategy involved with BJJ.
I highly recommend the Revolution Academy for any law enforcement officer, or anyone interested in martial arts or physical fitness.

As a female, I must admit it was very intimidating knowing that I
would be training with all men. After one class I knew that there
was no reason to feel that way. I am treated as an equal and with
respect. Even though I just started training, I see a huge
difference in myself. Tony is a great teacher and friend. Training
helps me in all aspects of my life. Since I started training, I
have found things within myself that I expected to find in other
things. The days that I go to class are now my favorite days of the

Tony has been a major inspiration to me. When I started BJJ
about seven years ago, I was a lost soul. I was a sophomore in
college, and getting into constant trouble, fights, etc. Tony took
me under his wing and was my first instructor. He taught with a
