The 3-7-5 System for Jiu-Jitsu from Brazil™ Self-Defense Program- Curriculum and Student Manual - L

Product Description:
Price: $80.00 (USD)

In 2004 as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt, Tony Pacenski developed at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program and curriculum for West Chester University of Pennsylvania’s student fitness program while attending school to complete his degree in elementary education.  During the first semester, Tony came across several problems that needed simple situations.  First, there was not enough time to teach the core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the kimono for competition.  Because of limited space using mats and due to his commitment to teaching the art with integrity, Tony also didn’t want to only teach self-defense techniques or only vale-tudo positions which were gaining popularity because of mixed martial arts.

Another problem that developed at the university was that Tony would come across two types of students that entered his college jiu-jitsu program: 1) The smaller self-conscious college student that would say, “Teach me how to defend myself against drunken fraternity guys;” and, 2) The larger fraternity guy that wanted to learn how to fight.  Tony was left with the challenges of developing a jiu-jitsu curriculum that taught basic core Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu positions and strategies that helped students learn very quickly the skills needed to defend themselves in the streets not in competition. It was important to give students the working knowledge to develop a solid foundation in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu so that other skills in self-defense and competition could be further developed by joining a jiu-jitsu academy.  Moreover, Tony wanted to teach of fundamental philosophies and fighting strategies of the art so that there would be a driving respect for Jiu-Jitsu as not just another way of fighting or wrestling with submission holds.

After one experimental semester at West Chester University and hours of research, Tony developed a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Self-Defense program and curriculum.  The program taught the three most important elements to make jiu-jitsu effective for the individual, the seven key concepts and positions to win, and finally was an instructional course that gave real results after five lessons.  Tony coined the curriculum: The 3-7-5 System for Jiu-Jitsu from Brazil™ Self-Defense program level 1!  He was also able to successfully implement it and make money using the program for the next two semesters at the university and at local martial arts academies as ongoing workshops.

By gaining access to this 3-7-5 System for Jiu-Jitsu from Brazil™ Self-Defense program curriculum and student manual, you will be able to quickly learn each lesson to use it as you wish.  As a practitioner or instructor you will add new life to you daily training at the academy.  With a little modification, you will also have in your hands an excellent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu introduction program for any type of student to teach privately, semi-privately or in seminar form!  Get your e-book copy today!
